双源CT不同扫描方式在肺动脉成像临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较第一代与Flash双源CT不同扫描方式在肺动脉成像时剂量与图像质量。方法收集120例临床疑诊为PE患者,按扫描方式随机分为4组:A组行第一代双源CT双能量扫描(80/140kV),B组行flash双源CT双能量扫描(80/sn140kV),C组行flash双源CT双能量扫描(100/sn140kV),D组行flash双源CT双能量扫描(140/80kV)。比较4组间的CT容积剂量指数(CT dose volume index,CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(dose length product,DLP)、背景噪声和肺动脉信噪比。结果各组间患者一般情况没有明显统计学差异。B组的CTDIvol,DLP值明显低于A、C两组,图像质量明显好于D组。结论 flash双源CT(80/sn140kV)在获得满意的图像质量的同时可以减低辐射剂量。 Objective To compare dose and image quality of first generation dual-energy CT (DECT)and flash dual-ener- gy CT for CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA). Methods Totally 120 patients, 30 in each group, underwent CTPA on a first generation (A: DE, 80/140 kV) or flash duabsource DECT device (B: DE, 80/Sn140 kV; C: DE, 100/Sn140kV; D: DE, 140/80 kV). CTDIvol, DLP, background noise (BN) and SNR of the pulmonary artery were compared. Results The stations of the patients did not differ significantly ( P〈0.05) between the groups. Mean CTDIvol and DLP were sig- nificantly lower ( P (0.05) in group B(4.46±1.20) mGy/(138.76±39.53) mGycm compared to group A(6.44±1.46) mGy/(200.44±47.34) mGycm and group C(6.66±2.20) mGy/(200.44±60.58) rnGycm. BN was significantly lower ( P (0. 0001) in group B (8.92±2.46) HU and group C(8.83!3.31) HU compared to group A and D(10.58-±2.20) HU and (9.59±3.38) HU. Conclusion The use of flash dual-source DECT in 80/Sn140 kV configuration allows for sig- nificant dose reduction with image quality similar or better to other groups.
