进展期胃癌组织剪切波速度与超声双重造影增强强度的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨进展期胃癌组织剪切波速度与超声双重造影(DCUS)增强强度(EI)的相关性。方法对41例经手术病理证实的进展期胃癌患者术前行胃DCUS及声辐射力脉冲成像技术(ARFI)检查,测定胃癌组织的剪切波速度、峰值强度(PI)和基础强度(BI),并计算增强强度(EI,EI=PI-BI),将胃癌组织剪切波速度与EI值结果行统计学对比分析。结果胃癌组织剪切波速度与EI值呈高度正相关,相关系数为0.853。结论胃癌组织剪切波速度与EI值具有很好的相关性,可作为评价胃癌生物学行为的一项间接指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the shear wave velocities of gastric cancer tissues and the enhanced intensity (EI) value of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) in advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods 41 patients with advanced gastric cancer proved by pathology underwent preoperative DCUS and ultrasound- based acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) examination, the shear wave velocity (m/s) of gastric cancer tissues was obtained using virtual tough tissues quantification (VTQ) of ARFI technique. The peak intensity (PI) and basal intensity (BI) of gastric carcinoma were measured, EI(PI-BI) was calculated, and its correlation with the shear wave velocities of gastric cancer tissues was analyzed. Results There was a strong positive linear correlation between the shear wave veloci- ties of gastric cancer tissues and EI value in advanced gastric cancer patients, the correlation coefficient was 0. 853. Conclu- sion The shear wave velocities of gastric cancer tissues have a strong positive linear correlation with the EI value, and may be considered as a indirect index in assessing biological behavior of gastric cancer.
