面部复合外伤的急诊美容修复

Emergency repair of the facial combined injuries with cosmetic surgery

目的 探讨应用整形美容技术修复面部复合外伤的方法及疗效.方法 自2011年6月至2012年5月,应用整形美容技术急诊修复面部复合外伤共57例,其中面部外伤合并面部骨折18例,合并腮腺或腮腺导管损伤10例,合并面神经损伤12例,合并泪小管损伤5例,合并腮腺及面神经损伤6例,面部毁损造成皮肤缺损及腮腺、神经、肌肉、骨质同时损伤6例.结果 应用整形美容技术修复的57例患者,其面部功能及形态均达到了最大限度的修复,患者均较满意.结论 应用整形美容技术修复面部复合外伤,不仅在功能上使患者达到了最大限度的修复,在形态上也达到了美容修复的目的.

Objective To study the method and effect of cosmetic surgery on the repair the facial com- bined injuries. Methods From June 2011 to May 2012, 57 cases were repaired by cosmetic technology, in- eluding 18 eases with combined facial fracture, 10 cases with combined parotid gland or parotid gland duct inju- ry, 12 cases with combined facial nerve injury, 5 cases with combined eanalieuli laceration, 6 cases with com- bined parotid gland and facial nerve injury and 6 cases with combined parotid gland, nerve, muscle and bone injury. Results All patients were recovered with good appearances and functions to the most extent. Conclu- sion The treatment of facial combined injuries, by applying plastic and aesthetic surgery, could achieve the best effects on both facial appearances and functions.
