EMT与宫颈癌的研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 上皮-间质转化(EMT)是指上皮细胞在形态学上发生向间质细胞表型的转变。目前研究表明,EMT在多种上皮性肿瘤的发展进程中具有重要的影响。EMT可促进宫颈癌细胞的浸润及宫颈癌的转移,影响临床患者的预后。本文综合目前的研究进展,旨在阐述EMT与宫颈癌的关系及EMT发生的相关分子机制。
