典型牧区发展合作经济组织的要因及意义——基于生计风险角度分析

The Course and Significance of Cooperative Economic Organization in Typical Pastoral Area——Perspective of Coping with Livelihood Risk

本文通过实地调查,考察了锡林郭勒正镶白旗牧民生活状况及其面临的生计风险。试图从生计风险应对的角度出发,分析"小而分散"的牧户在风险应对策略中存在的问题及可能解决的办法,提出牧区发展合作经济组织的必要性及意义。以期为内蒙古典型牧区农牧民合作经济组织制度的发展和完善提供一些实证参考依据。

Based on the field survey in Zhengxiangbaiqi county, the livelihood conditions and risks of herdsmen were investigated. From the perspective of coping with livelihood risks, the author analyzed the problems in response strategies of ＂small and scattered＂ herdsmen and proposed the necessity and signifi- cance to develop cooperative economic organizations. Accordingly, providing some empirical reference to develop cooperative economic organizations in Inner Mongolia typical pastoral area.
