摘要
目的研究ACEI联合CCB降压治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病临床疗效。方法选择2005年2月-2013年1月收治的108例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者,采用依那普利和氨氯地平片(观察组,n=54)或依那普利(对照组,n=54)治疗,然后分析两组患者的疗效。结果观察组的高血压疗效优于对照组患者,治疗后观察组患者肌酐和尿白蛋白排泄率都小于对照患者。结论 ACEI联合CCB降压治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
ObjectiveTo study clinical effect of ACEI and CCB for treatment of elderly hypertension combined with diabetes. Methods Analyzed the effect of the enalapril and nifedipine controlled release tablets （Observation group, n=54） or enalapril （Control group, n=54） for treatment of 108 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in our hospital from February 2005 to January 2013. Results The clinical effect in the observation group was significant better than that in the control group. Moreover, the creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate in the observation group were significant smaller than those in the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of ACEI and CCB for treatment of elderly hypertension combined with diabetes is exact, which has no obvious side effects. It is worthy to be popularized.
