摘要
大学生作为村官工作的参与主体,有着各种各样的报考动机。因此,在对江苏省大学生村官的工作现状进行分析的基础上,通过对村官的报考动机进行分类,以360理论和KPI理论为基础,为各类动机主体研究构建了具有针对性的激励机制与绩效考核方案,以期能调动江苏省大学生村官的工作热情,促进村官事业和农村事业的发展。
College students village officer policy started in 2007 in Jiangsu Province, after years of practice it has achieved significant results, however the implicit question should not be overlcmked. Curt'era main problems are as fol- lows: poor working conditions, low wages, prospects are uncertain and the lack of exit mechanisms, and so on. These problems have severely affected the village official's working enthusiasm. As the main participants in College students village officials, they have all kinds of motivation of candidates. Different motivation decides that they will have different peribrmance.Therefore, this article will analyse the work status and the motivation of their taking part in of college students village officer, then this article will build targeted Pe formance Evaluation d Incentive Mechanism for them, based on the 360and KPI :By doing so to promote the de- velopment of their career and the rural area.
