摘要
近年来,山东省邹平县养鸭业发展迅速,大肠杆菌病呈明显上升趋势,已成为养殖业主要细菌性疾病之一。2009-2011年从本县规模化鸭场采集临床疑似大肠杆菌病的病死鸭病理组织样品并进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和O抗原血清型鉴定。结果共分离到12株鸭源大肠杆菌,有O78、O35、O15和O18四种血清型致病性大肠杆菌,其中O78和O35为山东省邹平县主要流行血清型,分别占分离菌株的58.35%和25%。对分离的12株鸭源大肠杆菌进行了药敏试验,结果显示山东省邹平县鸭源大肠杆菌对17种药物已普遍产生耐药性,其中对青霉素、四环素和利福平三种药物耐药性最强,多数菌株表现为0抑菌环;其次对近年来在养殖业中普遍应用的喹诺酮类药物的耐药性也很强,而对阿米卡星、庆大霉素和呋喃妥因等三种药物普遍敏感。对12株菌株的多重耐药性统计结果显示,83.33%的菌株对9种以上的药物产生耐药性。
In recent years, Zouping County in Shandong province witnessed rapid development in duck industry, so duck colibacillosis was on the rise and became one of the main bacterial diseases in duck flocks. During 2009-2011, pathological samples were collected from clinically suspected colibacillosis and dead ducks in scale duck farms in the county for isolation and identification of Escherichia coli 0 antigen serotypes. 12 E. coli strains were isolated, covering four pathogenic serotypes: 078, O35, O15 and O18, of which 078 and 035 were the main prevalent serotypes, occupying 58.35% and 25% respectively. Drug sensitivity test with Kirby-Bauer method recommended by WHO showed that the 12 E. coli isolates exhibited resistance to 17 drugs, with the highest resistance to penicillin, tetracycline and rifampicin (most with 0 inhibitory loop) , and higher resistance to quinolones, but were generally sensitive to amikacin, gentamycin and furadantin. Meanwhile, 83.33% (10/12) of E. coli strains presented multiple resistance to over 9 drugs.
