鸡黄病毒灭活疫苗的研制及免疫效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 鸡黄病毒FQ-C1株经SPF鸡胚连续传40代后,检测其尿囊液毒的ELD50达到1×10-4.33/0.1 mL。将该病毒第40代SPF鸡胚液毒灭活后制备成油乳剂灭活疫苗。SPF雏鸡和蛋鸡安全性试验表明,该疫苗的安全性好,无不良影响。以该疫苗一次单剂量(1 mL/只)免疫开产蛋鸡,28 d后攻以鸡黄病毒强毒测定疫苗的保护效果,结果显示疫苗免疫组较未免疫组蛋鸡的产蛋率高出75.8%,产蛋保护率达93.2%以上。试验表明,本研究制备的鸡黄病毒灭活疫苗安全性好,且具有良好的免疫原性,免疫后可有效抵抗鸡黄病毒所致的产蛋骤降。 After serially passaged in specific pathogen free embryonated chicken eggs, the chicken flavivirus strain FQ - C1 was stable at a titer of 1 ×10^-4.33 ELDs0 per 0. 1 mL after 40 passages. Inactivated with formaldehyde, the passaged virus of strain FQ -C1 emulsified with mineral oil adjuvant in an appropriate ratio, and then inactivated vaccine was made. We tested the biosecurity of the inactivated oil - emulsion vaccines through immunization in 1 -day- old chicken and laying hens. The results showed that animals immunized with the inactivated vaccines appeared no adverse effects. Twenty - eight days after administration of inactivated vaccine with a dose of 1 mL per chicken, the laying hens attacked by a virulent chicken flavivirus. The results showed that the laying rate of hens immunized with vaccine was 75.8% higher than that of control group, and the protective efficacy of the inactivated vaccine on egg production was no less than 93.2%. All of the results indicated that the inactivated oil - emulsion vaccine had good immunogenicity, which could effectively resist egg - dropping caused by chicken flavivirus.
