摘要
综述了双氰胺的理化性质、毒性、潜在危害等内容,预测了可能存在双氰胺残留的农产品,对其在农产品中出现的原因进行分析,并提出了解决双氰胺残留的建议。
This paper reviewed physicochemical properties, toxicity and potential hazards of dicyandiamide. Some agricultural products that might have residue of dicyandiamide were predicted and the reasons of dicyandiamide residues in agricultural products were analyzed, moreover, some advice had been put forward to solve the problems of dicyandiamide residues in agricultural products.
