4种媒介蚊种的氨基酸代谢

STUDY ON AMINO ACID METABOLISM IN FOUR SPECIES OF VECTOR-MOSQUITOES

摘要 为观察蚊细胞系在生长、繁殖过程中氨基酸的代谢 ,用国内常见蚊虫细胞系 Cpp5 12、Aalb10 5、Anso2 42及Ana10 4作 18种氨基酸代谢动态观察。结果表明 ,除 Aalb10 5外 ,其它 3种蚊细胞对谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺需量特别大。亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸等则变化不明显 ,而丝氨酸、甘氨酸和组氨酸均有些增加。天门冬氨酸在Aalb10 5、Cpp5 12和 Anso2 42培养液中为下降 ,而在 Ana10 4中为增高。苏氨酸在 Ana10 4和 Anso2 42培养液中含量增高明显 ,而在 Cpp5 12中却下降。鸟氨酸和脯氨酸在 Anso2 42培养液中含量增高明显。苯丙氨酸含量在 Ana10 4和 Anso2 42培养液中呈下降趋势 ,而在 Aalb10 5和 Cpp5 12中变化不显著。这些代谢特点造就了它们各自生理、生态、遗传和传病等方面的特征 ,也为更合理配制蚊细胞培养基提供了可靠资料。 To observe the amino acid metabolism of mosquitoes cell line in growth and reproduction, the dynamic changes of eighteen amino acids in internal common mosquito cell lines (Cpp512, Aalb105, Anso242 and Ana104), which were established by our laboratory, were investigated during cultivation. The result indicated that glutamic acid and glutamine were utilized considerably by the three cell lines, except Aalb105. The concentration of leucine, proline, phenylalanine, methionine in the culture fluid did not show significant changes in all cell lines, whereas serine, glycine and histidine increased to some extent. Aspartic acid decreased in Aalb105, Cpp512 and Anso242, but increased in Ana104. Threonine increased markedly in Ana104 and Anso242, but it decreased in Cpp512. Ornithine and proline increased markedly in Anso242,while phenylalanine showed a tendency to decrease in Ana104 and Anso242, and did not change markedly in Aalb105 and Cpp512. Those metabolic characteristics manifest individual features on physiology, ecology, heredity and contagion of different mosquitoes and supply the reliable data to design more reasonable media for different mosquito cell lines.
