摘要
20世纪90年代末胜任力概念引入我国,并且首先在企业管理领域研究取得丰硕成果,从2004年开始,政府人员胜任力领域的研究逐渐成为热点,研究通过SPSS16.0进行聚类分析和多维尺度分析,并用UCINET社会网络分析软件绘制政府人员胜任力研究的知识图谱.通过知识图谱分析政府人员胜任力领域研究的热点话题,并对不同研究方向进行总结,最终将政府人员胜任力研究分为:胜任力概念引入政府人员能力素质评估的理论研究、基层政府人员胜任力研究以及党政领导干部胜任力研究3个领域.
The concept of competency was introduced in China in the 1990s, and it has yielded substantial results first in the research of enterprise management. From the year 2004, the research of government staff's competency has become hotter. This article uses clustering analysis and multidimensional scale analysis through SPSS16.0 software, and renders government staff's competency knowledge through UCINET social network analysis software. Through the analysis of hot topics of government staff's competency with the knowledge map, and the summarization of the different research direction, the research of government staff's competency can be divided into three areas: the introduction of competency concept into the assessment of the government staff's ability, the basic unit government staff' s competency research, and the government leader' s competency research.
