摘要
为研究在应激状态下 ,大鼠胃粘膜中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量和磷脂酶 A2 (PL A2 )活性的变化 ,采用捆扎大鼠四肢固定头部后淹水致剑突制成应激模型。结果显示 :随着应激时间的延长 (1、2、3h) ,胃粘膜损伤指数不断增高 ,与此同时 ,胃粘膜中 PL A2 的活性逐渐增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,反映脂质过氧化程度的 MDA含量逐渐增加 ,至 3h时 MDA含量显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示 PL A2 活性增加 ,自由基产生增多 ,在胃粘膜损伤出血中具有重要作用。
To investigate the changes of the production of lipid peroxide malonyldialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of Phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2) of rats under stress. We used the rat stress model that was established by binding four limbs, fixing the head on shelf and soaking the rat in water. The results showed that the injury of gastric mucosa increased as stress time prolonged (1 h,2 h,3 h). In the meantime, The activity of PLA 2 was enhanced progressively (P< 0.01 ). The content of MDA, which represented the production of lipid peroxide increased too (P< 0.05 ). The results indicated that the increase of the activity of PLA 2 and the free radical have certain effects on stress induced gastric mucosa ulcer.
