膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻成形术中的临床应用

The clinical application of polytetrafluoroethylene in rhinoplasty

目的 为了探讨膨体聚四氟乙烯 (ePTFE)较目前运用其它材料行鼻成形术的优越性。方法 从 1998年7月至 1999年 5月 ,18例患者利用ePTFE行鼻成形术 ,包括鼻背增高、鼻尖成形和鼻部软组织凹陷畸形的矫正。结果 经过 4周至 10个月的随访 ,除 1例术后效果不满意而取出假体外 ,其余均获得满意效果。结论 在鼻成形术中 ,ePTFE是一种理想的组织替代品。

Objective To discuss of advantages of ePTFE over other implant materials used in rhinoplasty. Methods From Jul. 1998 to May 1999. 18 patients underwent rhinoplasty utilizing ePTFE. ePTFE was utilized in a wide variety of situations including dorsal augmentation, nasal tip reconstruction and pitting deformities of nasal soft tissue. Results All patients were followed from 4 weeks to 10 months postoperatively. Of them one patient was not satisfied with cosmetic results of surgery and the material was hence removed. The others obtained excellent cosmetic results without complication. Conclusion e PTFE is an ideal tissue substitute in rhinoplasty. Subcutaneous augmentation material of ePTFE is much suitable for reconstruction of nasal tip.
