Polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammoplasty in 18 cases

目的 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳 18例经验总结。方法 由腋前线上部一点进针至乳腺后间隙而注入聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶。结果 总计 18例 ,均未发生较重并发症。造形与手感方面的效果是满意的。结论 掌握适应证和禁忌证 ,提高无菌观念 ,严格执行操作规程和术后护理 。

Objectve To conclude the experience on polyacrylamide hydrogel(PAM-HG) injection for augmentation mammoplasty in 18 cases. Methods The needle was inserted from a point on upper anterior axillary line into retromammary space, then PAM-HG was injected. Results The total 18 cases were not happened to any serious complication. The results on appearance and feeling were satisfactor. Conclusion To master indication and contraindication, disinfection idea, strict operation manoeurce and nursing care are all very important for preventing postoperative complication.
