摘要
目的 寻找适合骨移植的骨组织替代物—骨脱细胞细胞外基质 (ABECM )。方法 将猪股骨用组织工程学的方法进行适当的脱细胞处理 ,制成ABECM ,再进行HE染色和扫描电镜、透射电镜观察 ,及纵向压缩的生物力学性质的检测。结果 ABECM未见细胞成分 ,细胞外基质基本结构未被破坏 ;ABECM在生物力学性质上与新鲜股骨无明显差异。结论 ABECM是一种新型的理想的骨替代物 。
Objective To find a new kind of bone substitute-acellular bone extracellular matrix (ABECM) available for bone implant. Methods Porcine femur was approached acellularly by using tissue engineering ways, ABECM was thus prepared. Then measurement of biomechanical and histological quality were brought out. Results There were no cellular components in histological slides; The basic structure of extracellular matrix existed. There was no statistic difference between ABECM group and control group. Conclusion ABECM is a new kind of ideal bone substitute and could be applied widely in the future.
