摘要
目的 探讨海上实潜对潜水员肺呼吸功能的影响。方法 用日本产 L AM— 2 5型电子呼吸分析仪检测 9名海军职业潜水员在海上实潜训练前后的多种肺呼吸功能指标。结果 42 m空气潜水和 79m氦氧潜水减压结束后即刻 ,所检测的肺呼吸功能指标即完全恢复到下潜前水平 ;而 5 8m的空气潜水 ,在减压结束后 2 h肺呼吸功能指标才完全恢复到下潜前水平。结论 潜水时 ,如果呼吸气体密度太高 ,对潜水员肺呼吸功能有一定影响 。
Objective To investigate the effect of diving at sea on divers′ pulmonary respiratory functions. Methods Various respiratory functions were determined in nine naval professional divers using a LAM-25 electronic spiro analyzer made in Japan. Results Various respiratory functions came back to normal as soon as the decompression ended during 42 m air diving and 79 m heliox diving while 2 hours after the decompression ended during 58 m air diving. Conclusions If the density of breathing gas is too high, the pulmonary respiratory functions of divers will be influenced and come back to normal in a longer while after the end of decompression.
