来昔决南钐[^(153)Sm]注射液的急性毒性试验

Acute toxicity of ^(153)sm-EDTMP injection

目的 :研究来昔决南钐 [1 5 3Sm](1 5 3Sm EDTMP)注射液和配体来昔决南钐 (EDTMP)溶液对大鼠、小鼠单次注射后的急性毒性。方法 :小鼠尾静脉注射对数剂量的EDTMP溶液 ,测定LD50 ;大鼠尾静脉注射 4个剂量的1 5 3Sm EDTMP注射液 ,观察大鼠的急性毒性反应。结果 :EDTMP对小鼠尾静脉注射的LD50 为 7.1mg/kg ,1 5 3Sm EDTMP对大鼠的LD50 大于 370MBq/kg。结论 :在指定的给药方式下 ,1 5 3Sm

Objective:To investigate the acute toxicity of single dose JS153,D,Zm EDTMP injection or EDTMP solution in mice and rats.Methods:The LD 50 in mice is determined after given a logarithmic dose of JS153,D,Zm EDTMP or EDTMP by tail venous bolus injectin.The acute toxicity in rats is observed after bolus injecting 4 different doses of JS153,D,Zm EDTMP.Results:The LD 50 of EDMP in mice is 7.1 mg/kg while the LD 50 of JS153,D,Zm EDTMP in rats is>370 MBq/kg.Conclusions:The toxic dose of JS153,D,Zm EDTMP or EDTMP is far more than the recommended dose in clinics at situation of given adminstration.
