氧氟沙星乳膏剂的研究

Preparation of ofloxacin cream

目的 :开发氧氟沙星乳膏剂型 ,用于敏感菌引起的创伤及局部皮肤感染的治疗。方法 :利用溶出度、稳定性、刺激性实验等方法 ,结合药物性质和药物具体用途 ,筛选制剂处方 ,对制备方法、温度控制、pH值和粘度控制范围进行研究。结果 :确定O/W型乳膏基质处方 ,制定乳膏制备工艺路线。结论 :氧氟沙星乳膏剂符合《中国药典》

Objective:To develop a new dosage form of ofloxacin,ofloxacin cream.Methods:The formulation of ofloxacin cream was selected by means of dissolution test,stability test,stimulation test as well as ofloxacin properties and its intended use.Results:The formulation of O/W cream base and method for cream preparation were established.Conclusions:The ofloxacin cream thus prepared conforms to the quality requirement on cream stated in appendix of Chinese Pharmacopeia part 2,1995. [
