摘要
利用毛细管气相色谱保留指数定性、标准样品叠加和色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术,对园柏挥发油的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,共鉴定出单萜烃16个、倍半萜烃18个,并测得了各化合物的相对含量。其主要成分是:香桧烯、α-蒎烯、萜品醇-4、柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯和对一花烃。
The chemical constituents of the essential oils obtained from the Sabina chnensis (Linn.). Ant were not reported before. The essential oils were extractred by steam distillation. After dehydration, the total essential oils were isolated by capillary gas chromatography and determined by two kinds of fused silica capillary columns of bonded OV- 101 and OV-17. The chemical constituents of the essential oils were identified by means of the retention index of capillary gas chromatography, authentic sample addition process and the GC-MS-DS. The quantity was fixed by the processor of chromatography LCI-100 with area normalization method. 16 mounoterpene and 18 sesquitrpene consituents were identified and their relative contents were determined. The main constituents were: Sabinene (46. 73 % ), α-pinene (17. 03% ), terpine-4-ol (5. 34 % ), limonene (4. 48 % ), γ-terpinene (3. 88 % ) and p-cymene (2. 36% ).
