摘要
cDNA差减文库的构建是研究基因差异表达、缩小目的基因筛选范围的理想方法。近年来报道了多种构建方法 ,并形成了两个发展趋势 ,但目前还无一种方法被普遍认可。现就几种常见方法的原理、思路及优缺点进行了比较 ,以供借鉴。
cDNA subtractive library is one of the best method which be used to analyze gene differential expression and decrease the scope in gene selection .The methods in cDNA subtractive library construction have been reported a lot , and also developed two kinds of directions , but no one is perfect still now. In this paper , the principle ,advantages and disadvantages of those methods are discussed.
