摘要 Reprimo基因甲基化参与了多种类型肿瘤的发生和发展,近年来越来越受到医学界的重视,Reprimo基因甲基化是最值得期待的肿瘤生物标志物之一。通过回顾近年对Reprimo基因的研究进展情况,认为Reprimo基因甲基化有望用于肿瘤发病机制、早期诊断、指导药物靶向治疗及预后评估等研究中,对人类健康具有重要意义。 Reprimo methylation plays an important role in the development of tumors. In the last decades, Reprimo methylation gets more and more attention of medical community. Reprimo methylation is one of the most worth looking forward to the biomarkers of tumors. Through the review of recent research progress of Reprimo, Reprimo methylation is expected to be used in tumor pathogenesis, early diagnosis and guiding drug targeted therapy study, there is a great significance on human health.
