Development of Porphyra Cultivation with Cell Engineering

利用酶法将紫菜叶状体分离成单细胞和原生质体作为种苗用于紫菜养殖生产。此法与传统育苗法相比 ,能大幅度提高紫菜产量和质量 ,育苗周期由半年时间缩短到 5天左右 ,经济效益可提高数倍。

Single cells and protoplasts were isolated from the thallus of Porphyra by enzyme method.This method can increase the production and quality of Porphyra greatly comparing to traditional seedling methods.The seedling time can be shortened to about five days and the economic interest can be increased more than several times.\;
