The Preliminary Exploration on Project Cost Control and Management in the Fixed Pricing Mode

通过对定额计价模式下在招投标、施工、竣工结算3个阶段工程造价的分析,指出在这3个阶段工程造价容易产生的主要问题,提出了有效的工程造价控制措施和管理办法,旨在为承发包双方降低成本提供有益借鉴.

Based on the analysis of project cost in the bidding, construction and completion of the set- tlement three stages in the fixed pricing mode, the paper pointed out that the three phases had cost prone to major problems, put foruard to effective measures to project cost control and management , this article is aimed to provide a useful reference to reduce the cost on contract parties.
