摘要
随着贵州省特岗教师队伍的不断壮大,他们的专业发展成为不可忽视的问题.本文主要采用访谈和问卷调查的方式,通过对特岗教师的专业发展现状进行调查和分析,剖析影响数学特岗教师专业发展的诸多因素.针对他们专业发展中出现的问题和困境,提出一些思考和建议.
With the growing ranks of teachers on special post, their professional development can not be ignored. This paper mainly uses interviews and questionnaires, through the investigation and analy- sis of what the professional development of teachers on special post and analysis of what influence fac- tors. Contrary to this problems and handicaps, author made some thoughts and proposal.
