帕金森病患者尿酸、超氧化物歧化酶和血清营养指标的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者尿酸(UA)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血浆营养指标之间的关系。方法对71例PD患者和30例年龄、性别相匹配的健康体检对照组人员进行尿酸、SOD和血清营养指标(白蛋白、前白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP))检测,同时记录PD患者的病程和Hoehn&Yahr分级(H-Y分级)。结果 PD患者血清尿酸、SOD、白蛋白、前白蛋白和RBP均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。PD患者尿酸水平与病程和年龄呈负相关(P<0.05),与营养指标和SOD呈正相关(P<0.05),与H-Y分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PD患者血尿酸、SOD和营养指标均偏低,低尿酸水平可能与PD患者营养不良有关。
