门诊流感患者中西医结合治疗的效果

Effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of outpatient influenza patients

目的观察门诊流感患者用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将本院门诊流感患者150例随机分为对照组75例与治疗组75例，对照组给予0．9％NaCl 150ml＋炎琥宁稀释后静脉滴注，0．16—0．4e,／d，1～2次／d；O．9％NaCl150ml＋头孢呋辛钠稀释后静脉滴注，3～4．5g／d，1—2次／d。对头孢呋辛钠过敏者给予克林霉素0．6～1．2g／d，0．9％NaCl 150ml稀释后静脉滴注。治疗组在以上治疗的基础上，加服双花桂枝汤，1剂／d，水煎分两次口服。两组持续治疗均为5d，治疗后观察两组临床疗效的差异。结果治疗组的治愈率为64％、好转率27％、无效率9％，对照组治愈率为42％、好转率30％、无效率28％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论流行性感冒用中西医结合治疗的疗效较好、病程较短，应该在临床上广泛推广。

The treatment group in the above treatment based on with double Shuanghua Guizhi Decoction, Daily 1 agent, water frying points 2 times oral. Two groups of treatment was continued for 5 days, Have a look after treatment between two groups of clinical curative effects. Results The cure rate in treatment group was 64%, improvement rate was 27%, effective rate 9%, the control rate was 42%, improvement rate of 30% and no efficiency 28% cure group, There is obvious difference between the two groups curative effect. Conclusion Pop sexy fraudulent use of combining traditional Chi- nese and western medicine treatment the curative effect is better, the illness is short and should be widely pro- moted in clinical practice.
