云南白药和止血敏在外伤牙修复中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Yunnan Baiyao and Etamsylate in Traumatic Teeth Restoration

目的观察联合药物治疗外伤性松动牙的临床效果。方法选择87例牙外伤松动患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组为联合应用云南白药和止血敏组,对照组为正常操作组,对比来观察疗效。结果经卡方检验两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论联合应用云南白药和止血敏治疗组固定效果佳,是一种临床操作简单,易清洁,刺激性小的松动牙固定治疗有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of traumatic loose teeth with combined use of drugs. Methods 87 patients with traumatic loose teeth were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The curative effect comparison was made between the experimental group treated with combined use of Yunnan Baiyao and etamsylate and the control group treated in the normal way. Results The results of chi square test showed significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined application of Yunnan Baiyao and etamsylate was a simple and effec- tive way to fix slightly loose teeth, with the extra advantage of being easy to clean.
