高压开关柜触头温度无线监测系统的设计与实现

摘要 设计一种高压开关柜触头温度无线监测系统。采用nRF240X系列的射频芯片,通过无线射频通信技术解决传感器与采集器之间的高电压隔离问题;通过对无线传感器模块的低功耗设计,采用MSP430F2013低功耗单片机等一系列措施,实现对传感器模块电池供电;利用CAN总线技术实现对整个厂区的温度无线监测。 A high voltage switch cabinet contact temperature wireless monitoring system was designed. The RF chip nRF240X series was adopted to solve the problem of high voltage isolation between the sensor and the collector by the wireless radio frequency communication technology; through the low power design of the wireless sensor module, and adopting a series of measures including low consumption MCU MSP430F2013, the sensor module of battery was powered and wireless temperature monitoring was realized with the implementation of the plant using CAN bussing technique.
