综合护理干预在冠心病介入诊疗患者不良反应预防中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention to prevention of the adverse reactions in the interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨冠心病患者介入诊疗不良反应的预防与综合护理干预方法。方法:将84例冠状动脉造影患者随机分为研究组与对照组各42例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,以预防不良反应发生。观察比较两组患者相关不良反应发生率。结果:研究组相关不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效减少冠心病患者介入诊疗不良反应发生,提高就医质量。

Objective：To study the prevention of adverse reactions in the interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease and the methods of comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods：84 patients undergoing coronary angiography were randomly divided into the study group and the control group（42 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the study group were provided comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine one. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of treatment and nursing care.
