摘要
目的 探讨中西药结合抗菌性“壳聚多糖”体外抑菌和杀菌效果。方法 选用 0 .4%环丙沙星和10 %儿茶胺作对照。采用液体稀释法测其最小抑菌浓度 (MIC) ,转种血平板测其最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果 儿茶胺不具有抑菌效果 ,中西药结合抗菌性“壳聚多糖”和 0 .4%环丙沙星在抑菌和杀菌等方面无显著差异 ,使用中西药结合抗菌性“壳聚多糖”既具有促进伤口愈合的能力 ,又保证了体外抑菌和杀菌的活性。0 .4%中西药结合抗菌性“壳聚多糖”在 6 0 m in内将 3株标准菌株全部杀死。
Objective Chitosan with antibiotics mainly consists of Acacia catecha and ciprofloxacin.The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of chitosan in inhibitory and bactericidal effect on bacterial,at the same time 0.4% of ciprofloxacin and 10% of Acacia catecha were used.Methods minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was detected by microdilution.therefore according to MIC,minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)was taken by using blod platelet agar.Results Chitosan with antibiotics is almostly corresponded with 0.4% of ciprofloxacin in inhibitory and bactericidal,which can not only cure the wound promptly but also has the effect of inhibitory and bactericidal..three strains of quality control bacterial are killed in an hour by 0.4% of Chitosan with antibiotics.
