阴道加德纳菌生物型与细菌性阴道病的关系

STUDY ON THE CORRELATION OF GARDERELLA VAGINALIS BIOTYPE AND BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS

对 12 0例细菌性阴道病患者和 90例正常对照组进行阴道加德纳菌的分离鉴定 ,同时采用 Piot分型法对分离出的 93株 Gv进行生物分型 ,结果显示 BV患者 Gv的检出率 (5 9.2 % )明显高于正常对照组(2 4.4% ) ,P<0 .0 1。93株 Gv中 ,8个生物型全检测到 ,其中 1型 2 3.7% ,2型 18.3% ,4型 32 .3% ,6型 10 .8% ,3型和 5型均为 5 .4% ,7型和 8型为 2 .2 %。BV患者主要为 1、2、4型 ,显著高于正常对照组 (87.3%和31.8% ,P<0 .0 1)。

The 93 strains Garderella vaginalis (Gv) that was isolated from 120 patients with bacterial vaginosis (Bv) and 90 normal control cases were biotyped.The result showed:Gv isolation rate from 120 Bv patients was obviously high than from 90 normal control cases(59.2% and 24.4%, P <0.01), of 93 strains tested,biotype 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and biotpe 8 were 23.7%,18.3%,5.4%,32.3%,5.4%,10.8%,2.2% and 2.2% respectively.Biotype 1,2,4 isolation rate from the patients infected with bacterial vaginosis was obviously high than from the normal control cases (87.3% and 31.8%, P <0.01).
