摘要
光合细菌菌株 PSB- 1 ,初步定为 Rhodopseudomonasacidophila,系由生活污水中分离获得 ,革兰氏反应阴性 ,菌体大小为 :长 0 .2 5~ 0 .45μm,宽 0 .8~ 2 .0 μm,单个细胞卵圆至球形 ,出芽生殖 ,未观察到鞭毛 .菌落为玫瑰红色 ,菌体液体培养物为深红色 .菌体中含有丰富的细菌叶绿素 a和类胡萝卜素 ,光合内膜结构为片层状 ,位于质膜之下并与质膜平行 .PSB- 1在黑暗和光照中均能生长 ,但在黑暗中培养时菌液颜色不变 ,能利用多种有机碳源和氮源 ,DNA中 G+C摩尔分数为 65.7% .
Photosynthetic bacterium strain PSB 1 was isolated from the waste water of a sink in Hunan Province(China). It is a Gram negative bacterium. The bacterial cells were ovoid or spherical in shape, 0.25~0.45 μm wide, 0.8~2.0 μm long, multiplication by binary fission. Under anaerobic or microaerobic conditions, the culture appeared rose red with major pigments being Bchl1 a and carotenoids. Strain PSB 1 grown well in inorganic or organic substrate media, under dark (without pigmentation) or light. The photosynthetic membrane was lamellar type,which was under and parallel to intro cytoplasmic membrane. G+C of DNA was 65.7%. According to Bergey’s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology volum 3, strain PSB 1 was identified to be Rhodopseudomdnas acidophila.
