迎春花提取物对小鼠SOD活性及MDA含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究迎春花提取物对小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法取小鼠50只,随机分为5组,生理盐水对照组,维生素E对照组,低、中、高剂量迎春花提取物组。给药20 d,心脏取血,分离血清;颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,取心、脑、肝等组织,分别检测血清、心、脑、肝等组织中SOD的活性和MDA的含量。结果迎春花提取物对小鼠血清、心、肝等组织中SOD活性显著升高,血清、心、脑、肝等组织中MDA含量显著下降。结论迎春花提取物具有清除体内脂质过氧化物的作用,能改善小鼠体内异常的过氧化状态,减轻机体的过氧化损伤。 Objective To study the effect of Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl. extract on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonaldehyde(MDA) content in mouse. Methods Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups randomly:control group, vitamine E group,low,medium and high doses of Jasminum nttdiflorum Lindl. extract group. The mice were sacrificed after intragastric administration for 20 consecutive days,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in mice serum, hearts,brains and livers were determined. Results Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl. extract caused significant increasing in SOD activity and decreasing in MDA content in mice serum,hearts,brains and livers. Conclusion Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl. extract shows activity as clearing lipid peroxides,protect mice from the peroxidation injury.
