The clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation operation in treatment of calcaneal fractures

目的 探究切开复位钢板内固定手术治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果.方法 选择本院2010年10月～2012年10月收治的30例（34足）跟骨骨折患者,应用切开复位钢板内固定手术治疗,观察治疗效果和术后并发症情况.结果 本组30例（34足）患者接受治疗后,效果为优25足,良5足,一般3足,无效1足,术后并发症发生率为5.88％.结论 切开复位钢板内固定手术治疗跟骨骨折临床效果显著,安全性高,可提高患者康复率,改善生活质量,值得推广.

Objective To explore the treatment effect of open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods 30 cases of patients （34 feet）with calcaneal fractures in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were selected,and given open reduction and internal fixation surgery,postoperative complications and treatment effects were observed. Results In the 30 patients （34 feet）,therapeutic effect was excellent in 25 feet,good in 5 feet,3 general effect in feet,invalid in 1 foot,the complication rate was 5.88%. Conclusion The clinical effect of reduction and internal fixation in treatment of calcaneal fracture is significant,safety is high,it can effectively improve the recovery rate and life quality of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
