奥拉西坦对脑梗死后认知及记忆能力的影响

Influence of oxiracetam on cognitive and memory abilities after cerebral infarction

目的探讨奥拉西坦对脑梗死后认知及记忆能力的影响。方法选择80例患者,随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组患者给予肠溶阿司匹林片抗血小板治疗,血栓通注射液改善微循环等处理,观察组在对照组的基础上使用奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的MMSE及BI,并统计两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后对照组MMSE评分及BI高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组MMSE评分及BI均显著高于治疗前及同期对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦可显著改善脑梗死患者的认知及记忆能力,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of oxiracetam on the cognitive and memory abilities after cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given enteric coated aspirin tablets antiplatelet treatment and Xueshuantong injection microcirculation improvement treatment.The observation group was given oxiracetam capsules on the basis of the control group.The pretreatment and post-treatment MMSE scores and BI of the two groups were compared and the treatment effects were analyzed statistically. Results In the control group,the MMSE score and BI after treatment were higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）.The MMSE score and BI of the observation group after treatment were higher than those before treatment and those of the control group in the same period （P〈0.05）.The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam can significantly improve the cognitive and memory abilities of patients with cerebral infarction, and improve the patients＇ quality of life,thereby worthy of promotion.
