摘要
目的观察多层螺旋CT后处理技术在创伤性骨折中的诊断效果。方法选择江门市新会区第二人民医院收治的创伤性骨折患者140例,均先接受DR平片扫描,随后为进一步确诊接受多层螺旋CT检查,并展开多平面重建、表面遮盖法重建以及容积重建等图像后处理技术,观察骨关节骨折的检出情况。结果 140例患者中,临床明确诊断出196处骨折,其中,DR平片检查出142例骨折,其检出率为72.4%;多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理检查出187处骨折,其检出率为95.4%,两组检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.005,P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT检查之后展开多平面重建、表面遮盖法重建以及容积重建等图像后处理技术对骨关节进行多角度、多方位检查,可以对微小的骨折病变进行有效、直观的观察,还可以提供骨折的立体图像,使影像检查准确率得到显著提高,降低了漏诊率与误诊率,是目前对骨关节创伤进行无创检查的理想方法。
Objective To observe the diagnosis effect of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT)of post-processing technique in traumatic fracture. Methods 140 patients with traumatic fracture admitted into our hospital were selected.They were all provided with digital radiography(DR) plain film and MSCT for further definite diagnosis as well as three post-processing techniques like muhiplanar reeonstruetion(MPR),surface shaded display(SSD)and volume rendering(VR) in order to observe detection of joint fracture. Results Among the 140 patients,there were 196 bone fractures with definite diagnosis in clinic,in which only 142 fractures were detected by DR plain film at a percentage of 72.4%.After applied with MSCT scanning and its post-processing technique, 187 fractures were definitely diagnosed,which accounting for 95.4%,the differences between the two detection rates were statistically significant (χ^2=13.005,P〈0.05). Conclusion With the three post-processing techniques of MSCT including MPR, SSD and VR after the SCT can realize multi-angle and multi-direction detections, and effective and visual observation of tiny fractures, and three-dimensional images of bone fracture, which remarkably increase accuracy rate by imaging examination, and reduce rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.It is currently regarded as the optimal non-invasive detections in joint trauma.
