铺灸结合针刺治疗腰痛的效果观察

Effect observation of long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treatment of lumbago

目的比较铺灸结合针刺与单纯针刺治疗腰痛的临床效果。方法选取60例腰痛患者并随机分为治疗组(铺灸结合针刺)与对照组(单纯针刺)各30例,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分和临床疗效。结果经过2个疗程的治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论铺灸结合针刺治疗腰痛的临床效果优于单纯针刺。

Objective To compare the clinical effects between long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture and acupuncture alone in the treatment of lumbago. Methods 60 patients with lower back pain were evenly divided into treatment group（long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture） and control group（acupuncture alone） in randomly.The visual analogue scale（VAS） and clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was apparently higher than that of the control group （80.0%）（P〈0.05）;compared between the two groups,the diferrence of the VAS was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effect of long snake moxibustion combined with acupuncture is better than that of acupuncture alone in treatment of lumbago.
