老年阻塞性肺疾病和肺源性心脏病患者使用无创呼吸机的护理体会

Nursing experience of non-invasive ventilator used in senile patients with obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease

目的 研究老年阻塞性肺疾病和肺源性心脏病患者使用无创呼吸机的护理方式与护理经验.方法 选取2011年1月～2012年1月本院收治的80例老年阻塞性肺疾病和肺源性心脏病患者作为研究对象,对其进行无创通气治疗,在全面提高责任心的基础上,对上述患者进行心理护理、细节护理等综合性护理,观察患者的治疗护理效果.结果 68例显效,10例有效,2例无效,总有效率为97.5％,患者的呼吸频率下降、发绀减轻、动脉血氧分压显著上升,呼吸困难症状明显改善;患者的满意率为100％.结论 无创呼吸机的使用与对患者的综合护理,能够显著改善临床症状,大幅度提高患者的满意度,显著减少医疗纠纷的发生.

Objective To investigate the nursing approach and nursing experience of non-invasive ventilator used in senile patients with obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease. Methods 80 senile patients senile with obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as subjects.All patients were given non-invasive ventilation and comprehensive nursing of psychological nursing and detailed nursing based on a comprehensive improvement of responsibility. Results 68 patients were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.5%,and patients＇ respiratory rate decreased and cyanosis relieved and arterial oxygen pressure increased significantly and the symptoms of dyspnea improved significantly.The satisfaction rate of patients was 100%. Conclusion The use of non-invasive ventilator and integrated nursing in patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,significantly improve patients＇ satisfaction and significantly reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
