准分子激光手术治疗近视围术期的健康教育

Health education of excimer laser surgery for myopia during the perioperative period

目的 探讨准分子激光手术围术期健康教育的应用效果.方法 本院2005年7月～2013年2月共收治2656例近视患者,对其有针对性地进行术前、术中、术后的健康教育.结果 术后3个月内的裸眼视力≥1.0或预期值的占98.4％.结论 围术期的健康教育对患者术后视力的提高有极为重要的作用,医务人员应该重视围术期的健康教育,以期最大程度地保证手术的矫正效果.

Objective To investigate the application effect of health education of excimer laser surgery for myopia during the perioperative period. Methods 2656 patients with myopia were admitted from July 2005 to February 2013 in our hospital.Patients were given the targeted health education before,during and after operation. Results The visual acuity of ≥ 1 or expected value within 3 months after surgery accounted for 98.4%. Conclusion Health education during the periopcrative period plays an extremely important role in improvement of postoperative eyesight.Medical workers should pay attention to perioperative health education so as to ensure the rectification effect of operation at the greatest extent.
