调剂工作是医院药剂科的常规业务之一,是药学技术服务的重要组成部分,又是直接为患者服务的窗口,是沟通医患之间完成医疗过程的桥梁和纽带。调剂质量的好坏对药品应用质量保证、医疗质量优劣以及医院声誉有直接的影响,所以,为了提高调剂质量,本文通过分析和总结处方调配主要环节中存在的问题,提出相应的解决办法,以充分调动药师的积极性、主动性,从而提高处方调配质量,保证患者用药合理、安全、有效。

The dispensing is one of the regular service of hospital pharmacy,is an important part of pharmaceutical services,which is a direct service for the patient＇s window,is the bridge and link the completion of medical communication between doctors and patients.Quality is not only to ensure the quality of drug use,medical quality of hospital reputation has direct influence.So,in order to improve the quality,the main problems in the existing allocation by analyzing and summarizing the prescription,and proposes the corresponding solution,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,the initiative of the pharmacists,so as to improve the quality of prescription dispensing,ensure the reasonable,safe,and effec- tive in patients with medication.
