奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的临床观察

Clinical observation on omeprazole treatment of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding

目的 观察分析奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的临床效果.方法 选取本院2012年7月～2013年6月收治的85例胃溃疡合并出血患者,将其随机分为观察组（n=43）和对照组（n=42）,观察组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,对照组患者采用法莫替丁治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组的总有效率（93.02％）显著优于对照组（85.71％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;且观察组患者不良反应发生率、幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率及平均止血时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血性疾病具有较好的疗效,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective To observe and analysis the clinical effect of treatment of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding. Methods 85 cases of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding in patients from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected,ther were randomly divided into observation group （n=43） and control group （n=42）,the observation group were treated by omeprazole,control group were treated by famotidine, the therapeutic effect in two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate （93.02%） of observation group was superior to that of the control group （85.71%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The adverse reaction rate,helicobacter pylori infection rate of turn,the average bleeding time in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole in treating gastric ulcer combined with bleeding disease has good curative effect,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
