Rosette Bud Induction from Stem Segments of Dendrobium candidun

介绍利用黑节草茎节作外殖体获得丛生苗的方法 :黑节草茎节段在 1/ 2 m s+ 6 -BA 2 m g/ L + NAA 0 .2 m g/ L的培养基上 ,先诱导形成愈伤组织 ,然后出许多绿色小芽。进一步移至 1/ 2 m s+ NAA 0 .5 mg/ L培养基上产生大量的丛生芽。丛生芽培养于 1/ 2 m s+ IBA 0 .5 m g/ l+ NAA 0 .5 m g/ L培养基上 ,可诱导生根形成完整植株。

Callus was induced on modified ms medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L from the stem segments of Dendrobium candidun. Thereafter a substantial amount of green bud apices were produced. When they were transplanted into 1/2 ms with NAA 0.5 mg/L basic medium, a large amount of rosette buds were formed. Roots were induced on modified 1/2 ms with NAA 0.5 mg/L medium supplemented with IBA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L and intact plantlets were thus regenerated.
