基因重组人生长激素治疗生长激素缺乏症远期疗效观察

Observation of long-term effects of recombinant human growth hormone treatment in GH deficiency children

目的 :观察基因重组人生长激素 (r-hGH)治疗儿童垂体性生长激素缺乏症 (GHD)的远期疗效。方法 :采用追踪调查方法观察了48名特发性生长激素缺乏症病人 ,经十年远期身高随访。结果 :生长激素 (GH)治疗≤ 3月组 ,远期身高标准差积分 (SDS)较治疗前无明显变化(P >0 0 5) ;治疗 3月～ 1 5年组 ,远期身高SDS较治疗前明显增加 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 5) ;治疗≥ 1 5年组 ,远期身高SDS较治疗前显著增加(P <0 0 1 )。结论 :GH治疗效果与治疗持续时间有关 ,≤ 3个月远期疗效不明显 ,治疗时间越长 ,效果越好。

Objective:To investigate long-term therapeutic effects of recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) in children with pituitary growth hormone deficiency (GHD).Methods:To observe the height of 48 children with idiopathic growth hormone deficiency by tracing method in ten years.Results:The group of using the r-hGH for ≤3 months,the long-term height SDS was not evidence change (P>0 05).The group of treatment during 3 months～1 5 year,the long-term height SDS increased compared with the pretreatment value (P<0 05).The group of treatment for≥1 5 year.the long-term height SDS improved significantly compared with the pretreatment value (P<0 01).Conclusions:The results showed that therapeutic effects of r-hGH are related to therapeutic duration.If the treatment time is less than 3 months,the effects are not evident.The longer the time of treatment,the better the effects.
