儿童心脏瓣膜病合并肺动脉高压的诊疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 肺高压（pulmonaryhypertension，PH）是一种肺循环血流受限引起肺血管阻力病理性增高，并最终导致右心衰竭的综合征。由心脏瓣膜病引起的肺动脉高压在PH分类中被归为第二类，属于左心系统疾病相关的PH，包括累及左心房或左心室的心脏病（收缩及舒张功能不全）和左侧瓣膜性心脏病“0（分类见表1），以左心房压力增高为特点。导致PH的最常见左侧瓣膜性心脏病包括二尖瓣狭窄或／和关闭不全，
