血尿酸水平与血压水平及高血压相关性的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:通过研究血尿酸与高血压的相关性,探讨血尿酸水平与高血压之间的关系.方法:以北京市20万自然人群中35 ~64岁的随机分层抽取横断面调查资料为基础,通过对其中未服降压药物的1 021例进行分析,并于2004年对1999年调查人群中进行了复查,本研究通过对两次收集的资料进行分析,探讨血尿酸与血压水平、高血压患病率及发病率的相关性.结果:血尿酸和血压水平存在相关(收缩压r =0.220,P<0.001;舒张压r=0.291,P<0.001),血尿酸水平与血压水平的上升方向一致,血压水平随血尿酸水平的升高而上升,血尿酸水平与高血压患病率相关,随着尿酸分层上升,高血压患病率及相对危险呈上升趋势.调整了年龄、TC、TG、HDL-C和BMI后,其相关性及趋势依然存在.基线血清尿酸水平与5年间新发高血压相关,5年间高血压的发病率随基线血清尿酸水平的升高而呈上升趋势.结论:血尿酸和血压水平存在关联,血尿酸水平与高血压患病率相关.高血压患病率及发病率随尿酸水平的升高而增加. Objective:Investigate the relationship between serum UA level and hypertension, analyzing the consistency, pertinence and possible consequence of changes in UA level and hypertension. Methods: A population-based sample of 1 021 subjects aged 35 -64 years was selected from 200 000 natural population in Beijing using stratified random sampling method, and a cross-sectional study was carried out. In 2004, subjects participated the 1999 cross-sectional study were rechecked, This study analyzed the data collected from the two surveys explored the pertinence between UA level and blood pressure level and incidence rate of hypertension. Results : A positive association was found between serum UA level and blood pressure level ( systolic pressure, r = 0. 220, P 〈 0. 001 ; diastolic pressure, r = 0. 291, P 〈 0. 001 ) in our study population. Blood pressure level increased with elevated Serum uric acid level. Serum uric acid level was correlative with prevalence rate of hy- pertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension increased along with the increase of serum UA level. : After ad- justing age and TC, TG, HDL-C and BMI, serum UA level was still correlative with prevalence rate of hyper- tension. People with higher serum uric acid level had higher risk to become hypertension in five years period. Conclusion:Serum UA level was correlated with blood pressure level, Serum UA level was found to be associat- ed with prevalence rate of hypertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension was increased with the increase of serum UA level.
