Collaborative Innovation Mechanism and Policy Research on Emerging Industry in China

文章认为,供给(技术)、商业模式和需求三个要素中,只要有一个要素还不成熟的产业就是战略性新兴产业,据此可以将战略性新兴产业分为七种类型。目前全球新一轮技术革命和产业化正在酝酿,生产方式正在进行快速转变,金融泡沫仍未根本消除。文章指出,需要着力从空间布局、技术线路图、载体功能、金融支持、人才基础、中介服务、行业监管和政策设计等方面,进行战略性新兴产业协同创新机制的优化。

If one element of industry： Supply ,（technique）, business model and demand is immature, it＇s called emerging industry. Emerging industry can be classified into seven types. Currently the technological revolution and industrialization are Ongoing on a global scale. Production methods are changing rapidly and the financial bubble has not eradicated yet. We need to focus on the space layout, technology roadmap, carriers, financial system, talkent base, intermediary services, and policy design. Then we can carry out the optimization of collaborative innovation mechanism of strategic emerging industry.
