双源螺旋CT冠脉血管成像诊断冠心病的价值

摘要 目的探讨双源螺旋CT(DSCT)冠脉血管成像(CTA)在慢性胸闷痛患者中诊断冠心病的价值。方法回顾性分析180例临床诊断为冠心病的患者,分别接受DSCT冠脉血管成像和冠脉造影(CAG)检查。以定量冠脉造影为金标准,评价DSCT冠脉血管成像诊断冠心病的符合率。结果 (1)DSCT冠脉血管成像检出的冠脉血管狭窄程度与CAG的比较无明显差异(P>0.05),DSCT检出冠脉血管狭窄程度与CAG检查的总符合率为93.25%。(2)DSCT冠脉血管成像检出的冠脉狭窄部位与CAG比较无明显差异(P>0.05),符合率为94.6%。结论 DSCT冠脉成像与CAG比较对冠心病临床诊断价值有较高的符合率。在临床实践中,DSCT冠脉血管成像可以作为排除冠心病的初步筛查方法。
