38例肠瘘治疗体会

Realization of medical treatment of intestinal fistula: a report of 38 cases

目的探讨综合治疗在肠瘘治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析我科2006年8月至2013年6月38例肠瘘患者的临床资料,治疗包括一般治疗、凌捷氏双套管冲洗、营养治疗、生长抑素和生长激素序贯治疗、心理治疗及外科手术。主要观察指标为治疗后肠瘘愈合情况及死亡率。结果 38例肠瘘病人中,非手术治疗治愈30人,早期确定性手术2人,后期确定性手术6人,死亡1人。结论综合治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the role＇ofcomprehensive treatment for intestinal fistula. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 38 patients with intestinal fistula and were treated in our hospital from August 2006 to June 2013. The treatment including general treatment, double-cannula lavage, nutrition therapy, somatostatin and growth hormone sequential therapy, psychological therapy and surgery. The healing and mortality are the main outcome measures after treatment of intestinal fistula. Results 30 in 38 patients recovered after treated with non-surgical methods, 2 cases were cured through early surgery, 6 cases were cured through later phase surgery, and 1 case died. Conclusions Comprehensive treatment present well effect on the treatment of intestinal fistula.
