Nursing intervention effect of family caregivers of Alzheimer's patients

目的探讨对老年痴呆患者照料者实施家庭护理干预的效果。方法采用自身对照研究方法,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对50例患者的照料者进行测评,将结果与全国常模比较,针对照料者的心理状况给予相应的家庭护理干预;1年后再用SCL-90测评,评估护理干预效果。结果干预前,与全国常模相比,老年痴呆患者照料者存在明显的心理问题,其中躯体化、焦虑、抑郁及恐怖因子具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。护理干预前后各因子比较,躯体化、焦虑、抑郁及恐怖因子有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论有针对性地对老年痴呆照料者实施家庭护理干预,可有效改善照料者的心理状况,提高家属的心理健康水平,让照料者建立乐观的、积极的、开朗的心态,促进老年痴呆患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention for caregivers of Alzheimer patients. Methods Using the method of self-control study, using Symptom Checklist （SCL-90） to evaluate the caregivers of 50 Alzheimer patients, compared the results with national norms, and give appropriate family nursing intervention for caregivers＇ psychological condition. 1 year later with SCL-90 Evaluation, assessed the effect of nursing intervention. Results Before the intervention, the caregivers of Alzheimer＇s patients had obvious psychological problems, compared with the national norm, there were significant difference in somatization, anxiety, depression and phobic （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared each factor between before and after nursing intervention, there were significant differences in somatization, anxiety, depression and phobic （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Targeted implementation of family nursing intervention for Alzheimer＇s caregivers can effectively improve the psychological status of the caregivers of Alzheimer＇s caregivers, will improve the mental health of famity members, Let caregivers establish optimistic, positive, cheerful attitude, and promote the rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer＇s.
